Junkyardawg, Hate to tell you, but you can get broker! (Sorry for the bad language)! I was told a story about when Donald Trump was walking out of one of his buildings in NY when he was down and out and turned to his lawyer and said, "see that homeless person sitting against my building?" the lawyer said "yes". Donald then said, "he is richer than I am" when his lawyer turned to Donald and said, "how is that?"
