I don't want to embarrass you by comparing my estate to your hovel. As to women's skirts, I do not mind being accused of being behind them, or in front of them, or on the side. I have found that those positions are the best ways to get under them. At least the women that I pursue wear skirts. Your "conquests" are guys in flowered outfits, or heavy construction gear.
