A number of S&P 500 telecom stocks are showing up in Buy territory lately, based on 10-year historical valuation ranges (downside price target in parentheses): CSCO (25 1/4), TLAB (51 1/2), ADCT (16 3/4, but a heckuva earnings warning that hasn't shown up in Value Line yet), GLW (27 1/2), AT (50 1/2), NT (27, but a heckuva earnings warning that hasn't shown up in VL yet). NOK also hit my buy point of 24 3/4, so I added CSCO and NOK today. Was already long ADCT and TLAB. SOX out performing to the upside, a good sign...
