This is more like a stowaway or a passenger that starts a mutiny if you are going to use the boat analogy. Hmmm, what are the rules in International waters for stowaways (or even fare-paying passengers or crew) who want to eat more than their allocated food and/or increase their number against the captain's will? Isn't that called mutiny, hijacking or piracy? I think you get to shoot them, don't you?
