Thanks for your response. Yeah, I was really ticked when I found out that I had been paying 2X for the installed program when the same thing was running on the net. They claimed that they had informed old customers, but I never got a whisper. Try typing in VPHM for both the flowing quotes and the chart. The price at the top of the chart agrees with the flowing quote (last trade currently 12:45), but the graph itself shows the last price given for tick-by-tick at 10:14. This has become routine for me with certain issues. Different vendors for the two systems? Routinely, it's the tick-by-tick and chart that gets stuck for me, and it's costing me good trades. Nah...... thanks, but I think that I'll avoid other Omega/Tradestation products. Bad experience with Customer Service.
