update: JILL is now a swing short. We have taken our cue from the many upgrades today in the sector that have done nothing and the sector has still been under pressure. We feel that techs are taking in on the chin and retailers might be next. At this point we are holding JILL short through tomorrow unless anything transpires that will change our mind.
