I was expecting that you would get several replies to your question on EMail scams. I forward all of my spam to

chooseyourmail.com

You can wander around

chooseyourmail.com
or
spamcop.com
or
cauce.org

for more info. I have been sending my spam to them for several months, but have not seen any results. It is just the last year or so that I have started to receive spam, now 5 to 10 a day. I went for years without a single spam, but I was using small local ISPs. Now have a cable modem and using a large ISP for EMail.

ustreas.gov
is a US GOV site for this stuff, don't think they would do much.
