I have been SLAPPed in Utah by Terry Turner, the president of Golden Eagle International Inc. This is a mining exploration company with a somewhat troubled past, including a complaint from the SEC that was settled. Turner fought the complaint against him and won, about one year ago now. I have filed an answer to the complaint and now I am looking for a motion to dismiss to use as an example. I live in Canada and our laws seem to strongly indicate that they cannot enforce a judgment on an internet posting suit in this jurisdiction but I intend to proceed for now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
