I am not sure about this, from time to time they meet and discuss their future policy and often they give AG the freedom to make a final decision according to th number avaialable to him if he wants to make a decision before the formal FOMC meeting. In the meanwhile this decline forced me back into CCRD here at $12-5/8 again. Zeev
