Allen (having trouble posting a reply as opposed to blind post): thanks for feedback but this does not assuage my fears. I know what you mean in terms of nigh every tech firm getting slapped with a class action suit for failure to disclose material info. in a timely enough manner... but some cases do have merit and can be material to a balance sheet. Do you or does anyone here have more detailed information about the merits of this case to determine potential damages, if any? How egregious was this case? Any info. and/or link to link is appreciated. TIA RO
