I understand how you feel Woz. I agree that the rehash makes no sense. All development stage companies have that CYA language in their releases. I wonder why dow chose to publish this one? Is it an attempt to shake loose more shares before news?

Also note that the Dowjones reporter is not bright enough to know that September has 30 days, instead of 31.
