I thought the previous two were clowns, but Art Hogan at Jeffries takes the cake. He says there's a large pile of cash on the sidelines and that means demand for stocks. He also said that it will wait for consumer sentiment to change. Wait for consumer sentiment! What an idiot. Happy-go-lucky Hogan. He'll be pounding the streets looking for a job before this one is over.

You know the market is in full gear because CNBC hasn't yet started to trot out the bearish analysts. I did note Art Cashin was looking over his shoulder and has a very concerned look on his face, but the telltale was his nervous shifting of his eyeballs back and forth looking out the corners of his eyes. He was looking for something that he wasn't finding but needed to find it. Anyone with floor experience knows the feeling. You can't look straight forward. This comes when you know you can't sell long without significant price concession and yet you know you must sell.
