Yes, Washington State recount was orderly. The ballot was clear, the type was bold so the ballot was
easy to read. The exceptions were the initiatives which were composed in legalese. The
Governor's office had to send out a handout to explain each initiative.

The vote for Senate was so close that there was an automatic recount. It was orderly
as well.
