Looks like the company just showed us what they think of themselves... looks like they did a RegS! That's why the stock has tanked. If you want to see a RegS beauty then take a look at TWTI. Hit a high of $10 and now you could be the proud owner of a TWeeTI share for the greatly reduced price of 50 cents! And that was before it did a 1 for 15 reverse split under its old ticker of ISGI! Us poor saps that bought into it in the old ISGI days need better than $15 a share to break even. And now we're trading at an all time low of 3 cents with the risk of another 1 for 10 reverse possible if they convert all the RegS! Yee-haww!
