I am hearing great things about FRL. The Butch Harmon videos should almost be finished with the editing. This should mean contracts are on the horizon. With only 3 million in the float, the future looks very bright here. I have been quietly adding to my position. I believe a lot is going to happen over the next 30 days. It kind of sums up what is going on and the potential for FRL: promiles (ID#: 38481) Kyleman --recent progress is excellent! 2/19/01 14:48 3129497 « Previous Message Next Message » Can't agree with you that nothing seems to be happening---this is so far removed from the truth but taking into consideration the SUCCESSFUL Golf Shoot involving Butch Harmon too place little more than THREE weeks ago, the following are very significant developments: 1. The shoot itself with a New production Company(that used by the Golf Channel) was very successful. The actual processing of the FINAL product does not happen overnight and is expected anytime now. 2. The Company has been providing REGULAR updates as to the tremendous amount of interest that is being shown in the Video by the World's largest conglomerates. The Company has indicated that contracts resulting from the Shoot are anticipated shortly. 3. The Company has indicated that they are developing a Business Plan to give the maximum benefit to its shareholders. I would suspect that both the Business Plan and financing are contingent upon each other. In other words the Company is probably being extremely astute in completing its financing AFTER it has a contract or two to minimize the dilution of the shares. 4. Butch Harmon's association with Firelight on a public Broadcast availablke thru the Internet confirms his belief in Firelight's future and indirectly confirms his confidence in the Videos that will shortly be marketed by firelight on his behalf. 5. I understand the Company is developing other products over and above the Videos and Accumaster products. 6. The Nasdaq Application is going to give the shares a big increase in the exposure they're getting. This is very necessary as the shares are widely held in Canada ,The U.S and Europe. I think the problem here might be that in the past we've seen a number of "FALSE ALARMS" which have resulted in the shares going from 20 cents to 70 cents on several occasions. This concern might under former conditions be valid, but with the MANY recent developments(some of which I have described), I personally do not see it as being a concern. I don't see the PANIC that Kyleman envisions in TWO bidders pulling a couple of orders involving JUST 4500 shares. Agreed it does create a sizeable spread between the bid and ask =45 bid 58 cents asked but the majority of the recent buying has been in the 55-60 cent range and the selling under 50 is now more or less NON EXISTENT and I doubt that this will change to-day. My suggestion is to HANG IN THERE--I think within the next THREE weeks there'll be some excellent News coming resulting from the negotiations that the Company has indicated to be currently taking place.
