We're digging this societal hole with a backhoe when we produce unwanted children. Relying on concealed carry to level the playing field is like trying to concurrently fill in the hole with a teaspoon. I don't think the relationship between the two issues is that strong. For that matter I don't even think we are digging a hole now. I don't think crime is getting worse. Its a lot worse then it was 30 or 40 years ago but is probably lower then it was 10 years ago. As for being obtuse one can be logical but still not be very perceptive. Once you hit me over the head with the two by four I might understand the logic (or at least say that I do so you won't hit me again :) Tim
