Really stupid???? well I'd consider that saying mr. bill sought is somewhat of a stretch as the word sought would infer thinking on the part of Mr bill. I believe a more accurate discription is that mr. bill got caught in wholesale corrupt pardoning process as mr bill is just plain stupid. mr. bill has no moral center and hill has no moral center and bill and hill surrounded themselves with individuals of similiar ethic not.
