Virtually everything he did was poll-tested and poll-driven I think that is part of why Clinton was so much better than Reagan or the Bush babies. He took the opinion of the whole country in account. Clinton didn't follow every popular decision, ie. NAFTA, but he did recognize that the majority is something to consider. Unlike brainless Bush who wants to ressurect failed polices of 20 years ago even though anyone who knows is telling him not to. TP
