Ok, they suggest a PV-10 based on $10/mcf, yet hedged at $4.77/mcf and realized $4.89/mcf. That sounds like a pump to me. Did you catch the level of insider sales?

At least their forward guidance has Net Income lower than EBITDA. I still don't get how they are working these numbers. Ah- it looks like a tax credit. Excluding the effect of the valuation allowance reversal, Chesapeake generated fourth quarter 2000 net income of $83.0 million ($0.54 per basic common share)

$2.12/share sure looks good though.
