I sent 1900 pages to the SEC, about Tokyo Joke and how I believed he was defraudingh people after the documents reached the SEC they filed suit against him in Federal Court for Fraud, he just settled the civil case by paying $ 750,000.00, what I did is featured in an article in Worth magazine, April , 2000 issue. He settled the SEC case after this show aired. The criminal investigation continues, as far as I know. He was never a student of mine, I shorted everything he touted and he lost every single time.He is a crim and is a dork on camera,
