I am not sure what you want to know....but I
guess you want when and what? There are some
expectations that it will be very soon and it
will be significant. Other than that, there is
not much else that can be said.

All of the discussion was concerning whether or
not, if someone gets wind of an upcoming event,
(just that some news is coming, not knowing what)
if it should be posted that news is coming. I
guess most people do not want to see that type
of report here. Personally, I like to see it
reported and I like to report it myself. But,
I will go with the rest of the group if they
think it is best not to be alerted to the fact.

I just re-read RBs note. Maybe the news will not
be THAT soon if his logic of the S-1 and news
relationship applies to the particular news that is
expected. So the "when" may not be that clear.
