He was corrupt from the day he took office to the day he left - and then some !! I loved his speech last week to the residents of Harlem - when Slick LIED TO them - right to their faces - that Harlem was the FIRST PLACE he thought about putting his office (of course he didn't say it was the first place he thought of after his REAL FIRST choice for mid-town Manhattan was shot down due to excessive taxpayer costs !)
