Hi all; Dave B admits that he wasn't really holding INAP of his own free will. In addition, he admits that he was inside connected to the company, and that his investment in the company didn't matter much to him:

She's the one who's the friend of the people who started Internap (in fact, we actually got them together back in '94), and so the shares are in her name in an MS account. In spite of the fact that I said "I'll" hold them, the reality is that I can't touch them. I tried to get her to sell them at $40 on the way up, at $80 on the way up, and to put in a stop at the $10 that we paid for them. It was her call, and that's fine with me as the 2000 shares are such a tiny portion of our portfolio (especially now) that I really don't care. #reply-15390582

Maybe he'll apologize for pumping the POS. Nah, probably not, he's convinced that he's never done anything wrong in his life. Certainly he's never apologized for anything.

You wonder if the insiders who had real holdings were selling their shares while Dave B pretended that he thought it was a good thing to keep around. Nah, I'll bet that the insiders with big accounts were running like rats. Hey, it's always nice to know who your friends are!
