Well something is wrong at Terra Lycos... not that its exactly news to us as users / ex-users of Lycos-Quote.com:

MADRID, Feb 22 (Reuters) - Newly merged Spanish Internet
group Terra Lycos (TRR.MC) was rocked by another top-level
resignation on Thursday when the company announced the departure
of Abel Linares, chief executive of Terra Networks.

Spain's Terra Networks, which merged with U.S. Internet firm
Lycos in October, said in a note to stock market regulators that
Linares had decided to leave the Telefonica (TEF.MC) group which
includes Terra Lycos.

Terra Lycos shares fell more than four percent shortly after
the news, but recovered slightly to 14.25 euros, a fall of 2.5
percent, by 0850 GMT.

Bob Davis, founder of Lycos, stepped down on February 1 as
Terra Lycos CEO, three months after Terra Networks took over
Lycos to create one of the world's leading Internet companies.

Terra Lycos' Chief Financial Officer Ted Philip also left
his post along with Davis although both men stayed on at the
company in different roles. A day later, the president of U.S.
operations, Ron Sege, left the company.

Linares ran Terra Networks ahead of its merger with Lycos in
October. He had been due to take up a post as vice president of
special projects with the company.
