kyrosl...."kindness of friends and neighbors" only reason "they" hang out in "our" neighborhood, is because it is much safer then where they live....."kindness" has nothing to do with it...more return on investment.... there is no inflation, the components of the cpi and ppi are outdated and need revision....and the results are always revised up/down at some point....you can't manage an economy on bad data...the very same data that caused the fed to raise rates fearing inflation.... one only has to review greenspan humphrey hawkins testimony over the years...his predictions are at least 30% off of reality...with such a variable, difficult to "fine tune" an economy that was running at optimum.....turn the screw on the carburetor too much, and the engine coughs and sputters until it stalls...
