Hi all - this is interesting. Logica of the UK is trying to spin SMS instead of WAP for data svs. This is definitely a step back, but who knows, with the cost of next generation wireless rollout and the economic reality, it may even get a look. The interesting part relating to INSP is that it turns the conventional wisdom upside down. Previously, people have said INSP was not as desirable as OPVW, since the latter was the de facto bearer of WAP. However, with the WAP revolt [NOK may even want to join, since it has never had any intention to allow OPVW to run the show,] INSP should actually be a stand out, since it is agnostic [my guess] to the underlying OS. Just a thought
