Last 3 times it hit 70 it diped below to 67-69 before strong bounce. Though this time you might have the right strategy. The safer play would be to buy if it holds. 3 strike rule may be in effect here and maybee 70 doesnt hold, if so its probably good for 10pts or more on the short side.
