Taxes have been too high for years....When you take into account state and local taxes the average american family is deeply overburdened with taxes. The democratic scam referred to as "targeted tax cuts" is a joke. I have never met a soul that qualified for one of those "cuts". To the democrats granting an accross the board tax cut is a "risky scheme" because we don't know if the surplus will be around in future years but to spend that money on more entitlement programs (as the democrats propose)is somehow not a risky scheme -I guess because the surplus will be there for those programs...
