Ild, I expect AG to cut rates until he over does it ( US $ tanks) . A bear should always be nervous near options expiration as AG uses that to bail out the well connected banks and hedge funds. I won't try to predict when and how much because it's all guess work but I will predict severe TL & EV this year and beyond. I looked at Jim Davidson's " The Great Reckoning " - I like his quote " deflation is delayed compensation for inflation " The Austrians postulate that the magnitude of the bust is determined by the magnitude of the excesses engendered during the boom.
