Brian, I'm not sure if was clear. I am NOT passing judgement on the accuracy of those accusations. But Applied, in contrast, seems as pure as Caesar's wife. Nobody has even hinted that Applied isn't very well run. Applied's only problem appears to be sagging orders and that is beyond Applied's control. Gottfried
