Does anyone at Quote.com/Lycos care about subscribers???

I have been having extreme difficulty logging in for over 2 weeks!!! 90% of the
time when I attempt to log on, I get the message "logon failed. User account not
found." Occassionally I can log on pre market, but if I get disconnected, I
can't get back on through any of your servers. My account and data is current.

I have repeatedly emailed your dept. with no response and calling is impossible!
I find this inexcusable!
