Don, thanks for your reply ... I need to do some research .. as my memory is so bad .. and I don't have the time at the moment. What I do remember confirms what you have said ... the formation has only happened 3-4 times before but has 100% accuracy ... and the current pattern is apparently spot on from a technical basis... declining volume on the flip side etc. Ah well ... its not a bad time to be sitting on the sdielines waiting to see how things work out ... and at least I made some money in January when I had the time ... but ... the frustration is getting to me - LOL. Course ... when the insiders are still selling and I can't see anything I'd like to own ... I guess it could be worse !! Good trading and thanks again ... Stephen
