FYI - Cyberonics CYBX is the top recommendation in the Feb. 21st Century Investor. Claims Medtronic had discussions with them when CYBX was at $28, then later, after CYBX dropped to $16, MDT bid $26, which allegedly made CYBX so mad they rejected the offer. My concern is that, yes, MDT likes their technology, but probably doesn't love it - after all, they bid the moon when they took over Sofamor-Danek.
