Question for all,

There has been alot of discussion concerning the 3 PHASES of a BEAR MARKET. Many considered the early JAN trough as the end of PHASE 2. So if, hypothetically, the market rallys from here, is this the end of PHASE 3. Of course it could still continue down also.

Another possibiity is that early JAN was not the end of PHASE 2, but we are now about to come to the end of PHASE 2, and PHASE 3 hasnt even begun yet.

Any comments as to whether we are in PHASE 2 or PHASE 3, or that there wont be 3-PHASES or something else?
