I've had @home for over 6 weeks and the speed of transfers vary from time to time.
Mostly due to the limitations of WHERE you are downloading from. IOW you are faster than the sender.
Also, general I-net conditions also apply-- certain times of the day, etc.
But, man don't you LOVE it!!!! Run a bunch of progarms at once-- no times wasted re-dialing, closing programs, starting programs, and waiting for the downloads.
I thing @home is a better investment than TW, what kind of profit from cable can make TW grow in the same percentage as @home. @home is where the 10 bagger will be-- TW a 1/2 bagger? Too big to dent in short term.
Also, @home maybe more ready to innovate-- more freedom, leeway? But, anyway, should be room for plenty of money.
(I am using 16 mgs and 133-- think an upgarde to 32 is warranted...)
