The Nasdaq issues are still overpriced and their PEs have to come down further if earnings are going to stink for an undetermined matter of time. The biggest reason I feel that we have yet to see a low is because of bellweathers getting creamed - if CSCO can go below 20 (which it will), whats holding up the rest? Shorts have more money to make as this process will be long and drawn out - I don't hear much optimism out there about this quarter
