Elton, hmmmmmmm. he is a great musician, interpreter, but not a poet, yet sensitive in his expression. actually I favor his rock songs, Pinball Wizard, Rocket Man and Levon.
I saw him in the 'Piano Men' concert with Billy Joel, great music, great improv, much fun
