I don't think clients are even allowed to short OTCBB stocks at most brokerages, and since the OTCBB and Pink Sheets are mainly vehicles for promoters to peel cheap Reg S paper and lay out the retail public, I don't imagine it to be a priority with the SEC, especially on the short side.
