Re: Today's News, Today I went to see a demonstration by In-focus
at Los Angeles Convention Center.

"In Focus Introduces LiteShow Pro - the Only Presentation Player to Integrate Iomega's Proven Zip Technology"

The presenter introduced the system by first talking about the IOMEGA ZIP. She asked if every body knew that the ZIP was going to replace the old floppy and every body said yes, and then somebody said that iomega stock was also doing great and she(the presenter) agreed. She went on to say that iomega had OEMs with all the major computer makers.

In the demonstration given the ZIP DRIVE AND DISK DRIVE was prominently displayed on the screen, it explained why the ZIP was useful.

The LiteShow Pro is a small box that houses a harddrive and the IOMEGA ZIP drive. Presentations can be run from a ZIP disk or the hard drive. The usefulness of the ZIP is that you don't need a computer to do a presentation, you can create a presentation in your computer and save it in a ZIP disk and you are set to go.

I think that this is a big deal because this product is for businesses this is yet another reazon why businesses are going to need to have a ZIP DRIVE installed in each of their computers. They can then create presentations and save them on ZIPs. The LiteShow pro is less expensive than a lap top and less complicated for presenters to use.

By the way, Infocus' booth was the most crowded around. At the Convention Center entrance they had 2 HUGE signs displaying their product.
