William O'Riley "invented" the term "head and shoulders" formation and IOM doesn't qualify. For several things, IOM's volume, fundamentals, 50 day and 200 moving averages make your argument invalid. Head and Shoulders formations will form against a backdrop of weakening fundamentals. Not only, that, the right shoulder hasn't been formed yet. Kick yourself again.
