Opening Ports. Anyone know how to "Open Ports" on win98? I have esignal loaded with data manager & connection working fine but the data isn't getting to the charting app. Tech says have to have ports: 2189 thru 2196 open for esig to work. But he can't advise on how to do it! Thnx....
