DEBRA: 'Butting in" is wonderful! The only way to prevent inbreeding! Thank you. 1) Gutsy is terrific as long as you don't bet it all on this one stock. If it is as good as our lesser hopes, only 1000 shrs should become a nice pension. 2) Number of lawyers. Worked for O.J.!!! (forgive my profanity).Do we know for sure it will be a jury trial? 25 lawyers can pick one heck of a biased jury (repeat,O.J.). Your scenario works great in the movies; but in real-court America, the Tobacco companies can tell you a far different tale. In my heart, I very much want you to be right. And I much prefer the optomistic side of anyone. Just don't be blind to the discordant factors and..... cover your left flank. 3) I'm still waiting to hear how others "found out' about GIFT (not one response in 36 hrs); and what is their take on the manipulation factor. Tied to this, what is the real float? And has anyone picked up any institutional buys yet? Methinks they cannot until GIFT is listed on one of the big boards (by SEC rules) and this may be one of the first PR goals we're involved in. 4) I repeat: I love the optomism; but, only by constantly bringing up possible snafus can we stir up additiional information. "Tis a gorgeous but hot day here in Big D...the pool is cool and the music is Debussey. All I need now is a GIFT......
