Libyan financial institutions grant oil company 150m dollar loan Text of report by Libyan news agency Jana, in Arabic, February 22 Tripoli, 22 February: An agreement was signed yesterday according to which the Central Bank of Libya, the Libyan Arab Foreign Bank and the Libyan Arab Foreign Investment Company would grant a loan to the National Oil Corporation. The National Oil Corporation will invest this 150m-dollar loan in carrying out its development programmes, developing oil resources and financing oil prospecting projects.
