Jim & Chuck. No time problem on system- set to EST. I don't think it's an "Open Ports" issue either, now. I just loaded a personl firewall that I sometimes use and it asked to open all the ports when esignal was loading. But same result -data manager working fine but no quotes or charts in the charting app. Never had any problems running qcharts/Napster, nextrend,etc. The tech support guy didn't want to advise me on how to go any further, he said that the data is coming to yr machine & it's up to me to figure it out from there! Ironically, used to run esignal on this same machine 2 yrs ago!
