I have an HP DeskJet 722C that prints really nice photos and it's hardly a top of the line printer. The difference is in what kind of paper you use. The better the quality of the paper, the better the photo. The paper is expensive. Use Adobe - or any of the other photo massagers to print more that one photo per sheet.
