No hope for a soft landing in my opinion because of the power crisis in California and other states. Companies are paying 300% to 1000% more for power. Than means a monthly bill of $300,000 could be as much as $1,000,000.
I heard about one company who's DAILY power bill went from $400,000 to $1,200,000. Companies have to raise prices but no one has any money to spend. My utility bill is 300% higher and that hurts my wallet.
