Gee Joe that was in 1995 when this was truly paper, and I got lucky. I know that you remember because this was when you were flying to Utah with Mr. Herd delivering over 1M shares, and then lying about it to a shareholder (me). After lying about you went to Steve Herd and got on his case, but he had a duty to his client (me again). It truly is a good thing that you are not a director.
