I wonder if as each layer of idiocy of non-Qualcomm technologies is shown to the world ...

if the Europeans are so embarrassed and upset that they are somehow behind this absurd drop in Qualcomm's share price.

We are down about 25 % since the middle of the day last Thursday (and Monday was an exchange holiday).

All that has happened in this time period (that is relevant to Qualcomm) is a huge number of news items, all of which were profoundly good news for Qualcomm, AND very damning for the competitors of Qualcomm.
