Scott,

Welcome aboard.

I've been averaging down into the tech large caps from about 2400-2300.

I wish I could tell you I'm doing great, but it's a cost of getting in. So far I've given back about 35% of January's gains, which I guess is not bad considering we are sitting lower today in the Naz.

I'm 95% invested in tech. My only OS stock left is PGO. I would have sold PGO, but it was just to cheap to sell.

I currently have a triple position in ACTM, a full position in NANO, AVT, ISSI, SSTI, NITE and NSM and a partial position in CDO, NETA, LSI, DELL, INTC, VIAN, MOT, ALSC, EMS, ORCL, CSCO, SUNW, AMD, MU and NOK.

My plan is to use margin down to 1800. 20% margin at 2200, 40% at 2100, 60% at 2000, 80% at 1900 and 100% margin at 1800.

I do believe we are close to a capitulation, and also close to a bottom in this leg down.

Good luck,

Jim
