CA, IJ has been warning of W-CDMA delays for a long time. engineer outlined how long it takes to implement, not dump a BTS off at the corner, but implement a brand new CDMA system. Why is this a surprise? I even thought I read some Keith guy here, probably from NOK<gg>, all optimistic about W-CDMA. If Euroland sticks to the plan, then THEY will be delayed. Everyone else proceeds forward. It would be nice if that was not the case, but wishin' and hopin' won't change it. JMO, except for the part about Keith<g>. Cooters
